Paul graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours’ Degree, and qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1978.
Paul has been a volunteer coach and administrator in several sports and served on many “not for profit” boards and has been recognized for his volunteer work with the North Shore Community Sport Volunteer Award in 2010 and the Community Service Award in 2011 from the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of B.C.
Paul has coached the Handsworth Secondary School Senior Field Hockey team for eleven years.
Paul’s passion is photography, and other hobbies include golf, reading and walking.

Michael has been with Winstanley Business Advisors as a manager since November 2010 working with small business owners and individuals on a variety of issues. Prior to coming to Winstanley Business Advisors, Michael worked at Davidson & Company LLP for seven years, with a focus on auditing public companies.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, Michael completed his CA designation in 2006. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
Michael is currently furthering his education even more, having recently started his third and final year of the CPA In Depth Tax Course, which he will be completing this upcoming summer in 2015.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Julie has been with Winstanley Business Advisors since May 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Julie worked at Davidson & Company LLP for nine years, working as a manager for five of those years. Throughout her time at Davidson & Company, Julie’s focus was on full cycle financial statement preparation and reporting for private and public companies.
After receiving her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, Julie completed her CA designation in 2007.
Outside of the office, Julie is actively involved with the Vancouver Police Pipe Band (VPPB) as a tenor drummer. Julie has been lucky enough to travel around the world with the band. This past summer, Julie visited London with the VPPB as part of their centennial celebration where the band performed public duties, such as the Changing the Guard, at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle. When she is not drumming, Julie enjoys spending time with her family.
Mech.Eng (RO), Ec. (RO), CPA, CGA
Teodor was born in Romania and graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi in 2001 with a Major in Finance and Banking. In 2003, he and his wife made the biggest decision of their lives and chose to move to Vancouver, adopting the city as their new hometown.
In 2012, Teodor received his Certified General Accountant designation. He has worked in public practice since 2007 and joined the Winstanley Business Advisors team of professionals in 2011. He has enjoyed, and continues to enjoy, helping entrepreneurs succeed with their businesses.
Aside from work, Teodor volunteers as a council member for the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and is involved in other small volunteer activities in his neighbourhood. His interests include hiking, snowboarding, biking, skating and walking his golden doodle dog, Zorro.
Anna has been working at Winstanley Business Advisors since 2012 with a focus on internal bookkeeping, as well as assisting our bookkeeping clients. She has completed the Certificate of Accounting program at Capilano University and has recently enrolled in the Certified General Accountant Program.
Before embarking on her financial career, Anna graduated from Tomsk State Pedagogical University in 2003 and taught English for over three years. She taught at Tomsk Technical College from 2003 t0 2006 and Tomsk State Medical University from 2006 to 2007.
In her free time, Anna enjoys hiking, cross-stitching, photography, coin collecting and watching documentaries.
Margaret has worked as an Administrative Assistant with Winstanley Business Advisors for five years. Educated in Hotel Management and then retrained at Camosun College in “Office Administration”. Margaret worked at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver as an Administration Assistant in the Engineering Department for 10 years.
Margaret’s interest are cooking, snowshoeing, hiking and playing the piano.
Margaret volunteers at First United Church and previously served on the Board at West Vancouver United Church.
